Arrival and departure 
Check-in available from 3.00 PM
We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9.00 AM on the day of departure  

Parking 
Parking is available in front of the house and is free of charge for our guests. 

Ski depot 
You can store your winter sports equipment in the basement. 

Payment 
We only accept payment in cash and kindly ask you to settle your bill on the evening before departure. 

Reservations 
Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.  

Non-smoking apartments 
Please enjoy your cigarettes on the balcony. 

Pets 
Please note that we do not allow pets. 

Cancellations 
Cancellations are only valid in writing.  
The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.  
In events of delayed arrival, early departure or no-shows, we will charge the price in full.  
Cancellation deadlines are enclosed with your booking confirmation. 

Equipment 
Linen, towels, kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwashing tabs (for dishwashers) are provided.  

Discount for children 
There’s no charge for children of up to 3 years of age 

Ski bus 
There are 2 ski bus stops within 2 minutes’ walk from the house.  

Final Cleaning
Apartment 1: € 60,-
